Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, we collect your email address and any profile information you provide (display name, username, bio, avatar).

Content you create. Links, menu items, reservation settings, delivery platform URLs, and other content you add to your profile.

Usage data. We log click events on your links (timestamp, referrer, device type, and country) to power your analytics dashboard. We do not store personal information about the visitors who click your links.

Payment information. If you use the TipJar by ClickPlea.se, payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers or full payment details. We receive metadata about transactions (amount, status, payer-provided name/message) from Stripe.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Supabase. We use Supabase for our database and authentication. Your account data is stored on Supabase infrastructure. See Supabase's Privacy Policy.

Stripe. If you use the TipJar by ClickPlea.se, you will connect a Stripe account. Stripe processes and stores payment information under their own privacy policy. See Stripe's Privacy Policy.

Google Fonts. We load fonts from Google Fonts CDN for profile page styling. Google may collect request metadata. See Google's Privacy Policy.

Legal requirements. We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

Your public profile page (at clickplea.se/yourusername) is visible to anyone on the internet. Information you add to your profile — including your display name, bio, links, menu, and reservation widget — is publicly accessible. Do not add sensitive personal information to your public profile.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your profile data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or compliance purposes (such as transaction records).

Aggregated, anonymized analytics data may be retained for longer periods.

We use cookies and local storage solely for authentication session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or behavioral tracking cookies. We do not run ads.

ClickPlease is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has created an account, please contact us and we will promptly delete it.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate information
• Request deletion of your data
• Export your data in a portable format
• Object to or restrict certain processing

We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and row-level security on our database. However, no system is completely secure. We cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
